Development of engineering networks of New Moscow

New Moscow invests ~350 mln euro in engineering networks development over the next 10 years.

The total costs for the construction of engineering networks in New Moscow in ten years will exceed 25 billion rubles (350 mln euro). Active construction of housing and social and business facilities, as well as the formation of a transport framework require a large amount of resources, and this requires modern and reliable engineering networks. In total, over 25 billion rubles will be spent on the construction of engineering infrastructure in the "new" Moscow from the moment the territories are annexed until 2023. This was stated by the head of the department for the development of new territories of the capital Vladimir Zhidkin.

Since the accession of the territories, the design and construction of more than 100 km of trunk networks has begun here.
According to the head of the department, the issue of centralized water disposal from the territory of the Novomoskovsk administrative district is being solved, the creation of a unified gas distribution network of the "new" Moscow with a length of 288 km has begun, and other projects of lesser scale, but no less important for people's lives, are being implemented.

Zhidkin said that in the long term, by 2035, in New Moscow it is planned to increase electricity supply by 4 times, heat supply by 2 times, water supply by 5 times, and gas supply by 6 times.
