The Russian Ministry of Construction plans to update the heat supply and water supply schemes in the country as part of a program to modernize a communal infrastructure. This statement was made at the Eastern Economic Forum by the head of the department, Vladimir Yakushev.
"Now we are working on the" packaging "of the 60+ program on behalf of the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Construction should prepare a program and proposals for housing and communal services infrastructure, which has a depreciation of more than 60%. We focus not only on money, but on technical solutions. a sufficiently large number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation to update the heat supply, water supply and sanitation schemes. Today they have state-of-the-art technical solutions that will make the entire housing and communal services system look somewhat different, "Yakushev said.
According to him, after the settlement of technical issues, a decision will be made on financing the program.
The Ministry of Construction also advocates the creation of a separate subprogram for the modernization of communal infrastructure, the depreciation of which exceeded 60%. The length of such dilapidated heat supply networks is 49.4 thousand km, water supply and sanitation - 328.1 thousand km.
For these purposes, it is proposed to additionally allocate 366.2 billion rubles from the federal budget.
The Ministry of Construction promises that they will ensure that the program for the modernization of communal infrastructure does not lead to an increase in utility tariffs.
