The personal data will be protected in accordance with the Federal Law № 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006. This information may be included to the database of customers of RELX LLC and ITE Group PLC for marketing purposes. RELX LLC and ITE Group PLC may use personal information such as surname, name, postal and e-mail address, contact phone number to include it in database for direct and e-mail mailings with incoming exhibition events notifications. The agreement is valid till 31 December 2019. The owner can avoid the contract by sending the notification on following address
ecwatech@reedexpo.ru. In this case RELX LLC and ITE Group PLC stop processing and eliminate personal data in three working days since the notification has been received.
