L'Oreal reduces water consumption

French cosmetic company L'Oreal signed a three-year agreement with SUEZ Corporation on partnership in the field of water resources management.

With the help of SUEZ, it intends to optimize water consumption in its production facilities.

For the period from 2005 to 2015, L'Oreal reduced water consumption by 45%.

By 2020 the company plans to increase this figure to 60%.
